At Preston Packaging, digitalization isn’t just a buzzword – it’s a real, long-term process we’ve been developing for years. Step by step, we’ve introduced new solutions with a clear goal: to simplify and streamline your collaboration with us. Every step has been the result of a detailed analysis of our needs and the possibilities that technology can offer.

Our aim was to create an integrated environment that enables better management, control, and faster decision-making.

This is how the Customer Panel was created – a tool that we want to become more than just another system for you. We imagine it as a kind of relaxation room in our company. A place to which we give you the keys and where you can at any time – calmly and comfortably – check the status of your projects, submit comments to files, accept a mock-up or order another order. This is a space where technology really works to your advantage – it simplifies, organizes, gives full control and freedom of action.

  • EASE OF USE. A simplified path for launching and approving new projects. The Customer Panel provides professional file verification tools — no additional software required. We can be certain that both our Clients and our DTP studio see the same version of the graphic file, exactly the same way.
  • EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION. You’ll gain access to works in progress that require your input, as well as up-to-date order details. From now on, all your data is stored in one central place. This means even more optimized communication and complete transparency throughout our collaboration.
  • SECURITY & FULL CONTROL. The system ensures total data security. With this solution, you can easily check who approved a file — and when.
  • SPEED ​​OF ACTION. The Customer Panel allows you to send approved projects to print with just a few clicks. It’s fast, intuitive, and saves valuable time during the order process. You can also request and update quotes – all in one place.
  • PROJECT & ORDER TRACKING IN REAL TIME. The Customer Panel enables real-time tracking of your projects and orders, providing full process transparency. You’ll also find up-to-date information about delivery timelines, so you’re always informed about the progress of your work.
  • EASIER FILE HANDLING. The Customer Panel offers a user-friendly file comparison tool. It ensures that the client, project manager, and designer are all looking at the same version of a file. You’ll also be able to download the die-cut layout, making your design process even easier.
