Behind the scenes – see how we are transforming for you 

Just a few months ago, this was an empty space. Today, the new facility is gradually filling with the sound of installed machines, technological tests and preparations for operating on an even larger scale. Each stage of this investment is more than just infrastructure development – it is the creation of a place designed to respond even better to the needs of our Clients and the dynamically changing Pharma & Beauty market.

The past weeks have been marked by further installations, tests and team training. At the same time, we have begun relocating part of the machinery from our current site. It is a major logistical and organisational challenge, especially because the entire process is carried out while maintaining production continuity and ongoing order fulfilment for our Clients.

Although finishing works and tests of new solutions are still underway, we can already see how modern technologies are beginning to have a real impact on production quality, safety and efficiency.

What do these changes mean for you? 

Even more enhancement possibilities

Tests of the new Heidelberg XL 106 printing machine with cold foil technology are in progress. This solution is designed for eye‑catching embellishments that help products stand out on the shelf while supporting a more responsible production approach. The ability to perform more processes in a single pass also means shorter lead times and even greater quality repeatability.

Maximum precision of execution

Two new die‑cutters equipped with the Accuregister system allow for exceptional accuracy of cutting and embossing alignment. For our Clients, this means greater process stability and perfect reproduction of even the most demanding packaging designs.

Even greater safety for the pharmaceutical industry

The new folder‑gluer with an inline Braille module enables automatic application of Braille directly in the production process. This solution increases efficiency but, above all, supports safety and compliance with pharmaceutical market requirements.

This is a special stage for us – full of challenges, emotions and satisfaction from creating a place that will support the development of our Clients’ products for years to come.
