World Quality Week is a global celebration of quality and the people who create and promote it in organizations, teams, and communities. This annual campaign highlights the crucial role of quality management and organizational culture in driving success, supporting innovation, and creating lasting value for society.
This year’s theme, Quality: think differently, encourages us to step outside the box, revisit long-standing practices, and open ourselves to new perspectives.

At Preston Packaging, this mindset is especially close to our hearts. Quality Reinvented is not just a slogan that looks good in marketing materials. It is a way of thinking that shapes every area of our business. We do not limit quality to the product itself. We talk about the quality of collaboration, customer service, communication, internal processes, and the overall experience we deliver at every stage of the client relationship. Because quality does not end with printing. It starts with the first interaction, the first question, the first need we help solve. This different perspective is what drives us every day.

Routine process and hygiene audits are our standard, which is especially important in the production of packaging for pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, and cosmetics. Audits help detect deviations, refine procedures, and maintain order according to 5S principles. We ensure that every tool, material, and document has its place and is easy to monitor. This improves not only quality, but also safety and comfort at work.

This year we prepared, among other things:

  • a “Ask the Inspector” consultation point, where any employee can ask questions about quality,
  • presentations of real error cases and examples of excellent production series,
  • educational activities showing that quality can be explained clearly, engagingly, and without moralizing.

We want every employee to feel that they have an impact on quality. That it is a conversation, not just control. Inspiration, not criticism. A shared goal, not an obligation.

SUMMARY

Everyone talks about quality. Especially in manufacturing companies, it is the foundation of trust and safety. But quality is not only the product. It is the way we act, communicate, plan, collaborate, and respond to challenges.

During World Quality Week, we emphasize our holistic approach: from production processes to internal relationships and client cooperation. This philosophy creates not only excellent packaging, but also a strong workplace culture.
