Pharmaceutical leaflets and patient cards

We specialise in producing folded leaflets for small format prints on lightweight paper. Leaflets and manuals are printed according to applicable standards and regulations and then folded (folded, roll-folded). We ensure that pharmaceutical leaflets, information leaflets, and product manuals are customised to customers’ needs and specifications.

They are often referred to as informational leaflets for medications. They are an indispensable component of a medicinal product’s packaging. Their production adheres to rigorous standards for both preparation and post-processing. They are typically printed in 1 colour on very lightweight paper (40-60 g/m2) and folded into very small sizes. Furthermore, delivering them in an open format is customary to facilitate automated packaging on the production line. We also offer colour leaflet printing.

These leaflets are not always included in the packaging of dietary supplements. They are generally included to provide extra product information and marketing content. The leaflets usually contain less content than pharmaceutical leaflets and are printed in full colour on slightly thicker offset paper (70-80 g/m2).

With the development of medicine and medicinal products, extra patient information cards are increasingly included in the packaging. Often, these cards contain an extract from the pharmaceutical leaflet and space for entering patient data, dosage frequency, and doctor’s recommendations. These are generally small-format cards printed on thick (250-300 g/m2) offset papers. Another option is to fold information cards with a thickness of up to 150 g/m2 or to crease them several times.
